The Chief Principal banks on his many years of leadership experience and the solid support from stake holders to take the school to new realms. He further expresses his confidence and readiness to take service delivery to a notch higher. Therefore, according to him proper administrative policies and better learning facilities will ensure Nyambaria becomes a modest and admirable school; locally, internationally and finally give to the community, able dependable men. Rising to the top has had the fingerprints of almost all the stakeholders on it.

The Principal has since synergized the various thematic groups in the school that include teachers, non-teaching staff, BOM, PA and learners and this has really affected the school positively. He certainly sees the school continuing to compete well with the other giants just like before in addition to the exemplary results posted in KCSE 2022 that saw it emerge Kenya One in the national exams. The principal believes in articulating his ideas while employing the open system approach. As it is currently the numerous new ideas have borne fruits and service delivery is at its peak at Nyambaria School, thanks to tight knit processes.
