The Chief Principal embraces teamwork and consultation approach with all the teachers, non teaching staff and students. He also employes inclusivity approach in his work, ensuring programs like benchmarking; sharing ideas with schools that are doing well.

From time to time, he invites experienced facilitators in terms of guidance and counseling, motivational speakers, while emphasizing on pastoral programs to ensure high levels discipline in the school which he reports to be working so well. Most importantly, the Chief Principal ensures that he unveils facilities for both physical teaching and learning materials which he admits adds value to their service delivery.
